A new development on a green field site of 10, high value, character homes inclusive of all infrastructure works, scheme roads and new incoming mains services. The units were of cavity wall and part steel frame construction on piled and conventional foundations with timber and steel, gabled, pitched roofs. Individual houses were finished with a Cotswold Stone and through colour render facade with Cotswold Stone tile roof. These were set in individual plots landscaped to purchaser’ wishes. Extensive stone and timber sleeper style retaining wall along with landscaped estate roads and front gardens completed the scheme
